I loved my stay at this hotel, from the moment we arrived they welcomed us with a smile and good attitude, they gave us the room at 12pm!!! 3 hours before current check in. Delicious and varied breakfast every day. We loved the table with tea and coffee all day! The room with a spectacular view. Everything clean and comfortable. Excellent and economical valet service. The location was excellent!!! Everything close and a very nice and quiet area.

We stayed here for a short business trip but overall it was a great experience. The staff was amazing. They were very welcoming, friendly and helpful in answering any questions we had. The common areas and our room was very clean. Breakfast was great every morning. My only complaint would be that it was much warmer on the 3rd floor compared to the first floor. We did purchase a fan during our stay but it was still warm in our room with the AC set as far down as it would go. I also like to sit outside so for me it would have been nice to have a small outdoor seating area somewhere but l would still stay here again due to the excellent service, convenient hot breakfast and cleanliness.

Our room was ready when we got there and well stocked. Our blinds didn't work correctly but we made it through. There was mold in the AC. $20 a night valet parking. About a 15 min walk to the aquarium so it was a good choice for that

The hotel was very CLEAN. That was the most important thing for us. They were very kind and accommodating when we needed to switch rooms because we found a odor in our first room. The bathrooms and beds clearly get cleaned regularly. We were very happy with our stay.

Good location, low quality rooms. No vent fans, stains on the comforters, the shower curtain holder was damaged so didn't like to stay closed. Staff was friendly, breakfast was okay, nice complimentary cookies and other things. But the rooms smelled a little, and had lots of stains. They didn't seem clean. Loud, poorly insulated. I could hear my neighbors all the time. Even overheard them snoring. Requires vallay parking, which I'm not a fan of.

The room I was in could have used some touch up cleaning even the day before. The desk staff seemed tired from the massive amount of arrivals due to the graduation ceremony however there was a little bit of rudeness. As far as location goes its not to bad. Being right there on the corner and with restrictions on parking can definitely be an issue.

A convenient hotel for our needs but if you get a first floor room expect a lot of road noise and the curtains do not cover the windows so there is a lot of light in the room. The pillows seemed very old and not very comfortable. Convenient location but that's about it.

When the bathroom above my room leaked into ours, the staff immediately moved us to another room. The staff was friendly, and I loved the valet parking. Breakfast was nice.
